The Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest is an annual event that has been sponsored since 1972.
The contest is open to boys and girls ages 9–14 and encourages sportsmanship and healthy competition.
The contest is free to enter, and participants compete within their own age and gender.
The highest scores win the age and gender levels.

Note to Knight Volunteers: Come to St. Paul about 15 mins before the event (there is a game going on beforehand, so early is great). Volunteers are needed to 1) check in participants (form), 2) keep score 3) rebound the ball 4) and keep the participants (kids) organized and on the sidelines, when not shooting.
