Ramsey Day 2023 Activities

September 9, 2023 @ 7:00 am – 9:00 pm

Dear Brothers, 

Ramsey Day is scheduled this year on Saturday September 9th. We will again be manning the Food Concession Tent and the Game Booths during the event from 11:00 to 5:00. There will also be a Back Yard BBQ afterwards back at the Knights of Columbus Hall which will be addressed in a separate email.

The team leaders for the Food Tent and Game Booths will be the same as last year:

We are looking for members to:

  1. Help transport cooking supplies, (i.e. food, grills & other items), beginning at 8am from the Hall to Island Road. Please contact Rich Riordan
  2. Man the Game Booths and Food Concession Tent. See sign-up instructions below
  3. Help breaking down the Food Concession Tent 

Game Booth/Food Tent Sign-up Instructions

We are again using the same software program as in prior years called sign-up-genius to book the time slots. Here is the link to the website. Just highlight the link below, press ctrl and at same time Right click on it to open it and go to the site.

Once at the site, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Time and Game Booth/Food Tent Job you want and select sign-up in the orange box (Note: you can sign-up for more than one time slot by clicking multiple boxes).
  2. At the bottom press the Submit and Sign Up button
  3. Type in your cell phone number
  4. Type in your first and last name
  5. Type in your email address
  6. At the bottom press the Sign Up Now button
  7. You will then get a series of 4 promotional requests. You can just hit “no thanks” to each.
  8. You’ll get a screen saying you are signed up and Rich Riordan will be notified
